iCOMM is compatible with five of our most popular commercial water heater and boiler product families. These include Cyclone® Xi, Gold Xi electric, Custom Xi electric, VF™ Series boilers and Genesis® boilers. In addition, the residential Vertex™ 100 model is also iCOMM compatible. Incorporating advanced controls developed by A. O. Smith on so many of our products in recent years has broadened the scope of what iCOMM can be from the beginning. Not only is iCOMM compatible with new installations of these models, it can also be used on existing models already installed that have these advanced controls.
